1.  In order to hear RealAudio sound samples you MUST download the most current version of the RealAudio Player. The RealAudio player is available at no charge on the RealAudio Download Page. The latest version is 5.0.  Please make sure this is the version you have to avoid any potential conflicts with the server.

2.  Connection of at least 14.4 bps. We recommend a 28.8 modem or faster to get the best sound quality possible.

3.  A web browser capable of handling "helper apps." Netscape and Microsoft Internet Explorer are ideal. The RealAudio Player works with your Web browser to bring multimedia to your desktop.

Please note that if your connection is from work or you are using AT&T's Worldnet or another similar service, you may have problems connecting to our server due to firewall restraints. Unfortunately, we can not assist you with this type of problem. Please contact your system administrator or service provider to resolve this issue.
